We are pleased to present the Apt. Marcos, a cozy apartment located in the center of Port de Pollensa, just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade. The main entrance gives access to a spacious and bright living room, glass windows They give us access to a large balcony.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and other utensils typical of this type of holiday establishment.
The bedrooms are comprised of two doubles with access to the balcony and one with a trundle bed. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with restricted hours. Two bathrooms with shower complete the interior of the apartment.
This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to enjoy a relaxed holiday next to the beach of Puerto Pollensa, one of the most renowned towns on the entire island.

Notes
Please note that the prices exclude the tourist tax according to Law 2/2016, of March 30, of the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures of promotion of sustainable tourism. Before your arrival you will receive an email or sms with a link to pay the tourist tax.
€ 2.00 + VAT (10%) per night and person.
1) 75% discount on the full tax quota for the stays that take place in low season (between November 1 and 30 of April).
2) 50% discount on the full tax rate (or, in its case, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment for more than eight days.
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
