This rustic Mallorcan house is located just a few minutes from the town of Pollensa, and offers beautiful views of the Serra de Tramontana mountains. The decoration is completely traditional with wooden beams, ceramic and stone floors, white walls, etc.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and other items needed in this type of holiday home.
On the first floor we find the bedrooms; these consist of two doubles and one queen-size bed. They all share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also a toilet with shower outside the house, near the barbecue area.
The covered terrace is fully furnished with outdoor furniture, there is also a covered barbecue area ideal for lovers of outdoor cooking.

€ 2.00 + VAT (10%) per night and person.
1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.

We loved our stay, we were a group of 6 including 2 children. It was a very easy walk of Pollensa town which is stunning with many many family friendly restaurants. The pool is perfect for a little swim and cooling off. The house is traditional and meets all your needs.The power went off whilst there and they had a team with us within an hour to sort it out, it was out of office hours. We had a great day on a boat at port de pollenca and enjoyed a beach day at formentor.The church is pollenca square is a must see! Thanks for the team for creating a pleasurable, memorable stay!

Très bonne communication et instructions pour l'arrivée, mais également en cas de question pendant le séjour ! Le logement est pratique pour rayonner sur l'île. L'espace extérieur est superbe, nous avons passé notre temps dehors en profitant de belles soirées sur la terasse et dans la cuisine d'été la seule soirée de pluie. La piscine est très agréable aussi. L'intérieur est fonctionnel et conforme aux photos. Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible.
Recommendable
We were in the house with a family of fife in the off-season. First we reckoned is the very good communication with Renthousing Next was the nice location which is all but fake touristy. Located at the outskirt of a very cute town but just a stone throw afar from all we needed. There is a road somewhat close but it was never busy during our stay. We clearly recommend the house to people with similar preferences as ours.
