Villa Aubellons is located in a rural area between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, and offers beautiful views towards the areas of S'Albufera, the Bay of Pollensa, Formentor and the Pollensa mountains. The house has a grass area perfect for children to play. Next to this area there is a covered terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant meals during the summer nights. The roof terrace also has an open roof terrace. It is fully furnished and offers magnificent views. Inside, the kitchen (which gives access to another covered terrace) is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.Next we find the dining room, equipped with a table with capacity for 8 people, two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD. The 4 bedrooms of the house and the two bathrooms are located on both sides of the dining room. On one side we find a bright double room, a double room and a bathroom. On the other side there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. At the back of the house we find a bathroom with its own entrance, the laundry area and another small grass area. The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and the beaches are just a short drive away, making it an ideal home for families.
