On the top floor is the main double room, equipped with a bathroom with shower en suite and a small dressing room. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wooden floors, built-in wardrobes and neutral colored furniture. There is also a balcony terrace with magnificent views. It is the perfect choice to enjoy a more authentic vacation, and even so with the beaches just 10 minutes away by car.It is located right in the heart of the town, just 200 meters from its Plaza Mayor (with its fantastic Sunday market, and with a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops), as well as the famous Calvario staircase. Although these are the two most renowned places in Pollensa, we also advise you to be intoxicated by the atmosphere and the essence of the town itself, getting lost in the small streets, and discovering the small museums, art galleries, churches, restaurants and shops.We provide our guests with a contact telephone number 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please bear in mind that the streets of the old town are narrow and consequently not the most suitable for traffic. Fortunately, the property has a yellow line in front of it that will be really useful for loading and unloading functions. We always recommend having your own vehicle, as it will give you freedom of movement and will allow you to visit other towns on the island. However, it is not essential at all. Therefore, if you choose to do without a rental vehicle, you can also enjoy the sea with the bus lines that go to both the beaches of Cala San Vicente and those of Puerto Pollensa (both enclaves just 7 km. ).Taking a taxi is an equally valid option.
