Finca Tomas is a traditional Mallorcan-style villa with splendid gardens bordered by palm trees and very good views, which are truly a very important asset of this house.

The living room, with its sloping ceilings and exposed wooden beams, truly captures the essence of Mallorcan architecture. It features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with entertainment systems, including satellite TV and a DVD player. The living room also has doors leading to the side terrace by the pool.

There is a dining room right next to the living room, which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. There is also a laundry room for added convenience.

Finca Tomas features three spacious bedrooms; the two double bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a bathroom conveniently situated between them in the hallway. The master bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, is located on the first floor, perfect for that extra touch of privacy.

Outside, you'll find the partially covered barbecue area, perfect for escaping the midday sun and enjoying lunch al fresco. The lovely pool and gardens invite you to relax, soak up the sun, and finish with a refreshing dip.
