
Set in a countryside location, the villa is built in two levels and has lovely views towards the Puig de Maria hill. This traditional farmhouse villa is surrounded by lovely gardens and it has been designed in local style with ceramic floor tiles, white walls and Majorcan furniture.
The villa offers comfortable accommodation; the main entrance into the house takes you into the lounge and dining area which has comfortable sofas including satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fire place with a wood burning stove to use during the cooler periods of the season. There is a very well designed farmhouse-kitchen with lots of storage cupboards, a gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer. From the lounge French doors open out onto a lovely shaded terrace which looks onto the swimming pool and garden with palm trees and an abundance of other Mediterranean plants.
There are four bedrooms, one double and three twins, all sharing two bathrooms. A further exterior shower room is a bonus and ideal to use when around the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
The terraces, gardens and the pool are the stars of the villa. There is a small roof terrace from which you can get beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and over the Puig de Maria hill. The lawn area has plenty of space for children to play making it ideal for families, a perfect spot for al fresco dining in those warm summer evenings.
