La Alzina is a very well-equipped and decorated house located at the top of a small promontory near the road that connects the towns of Sa Pobla and Alcudia, and is close to both the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa. The house has a beautiful covered terrace and a pool and garden area with perfectly manicured lawns. From this area there are fantastic views of the Bay of Pollensa and the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a spacious living-dining room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor is the third bedroom (which is a double room) with a full bathroom en suite. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The home also offers free Internet connection service via Wi-Fi.
At the back of the house is the barbecue area, ideal for lovers of outdoor cooking.
La Alzina is a quality tourist home, with excellently maintained traditional decoration, and is ideal for enjoying a pleasant holiday with family or friends.

Amazing time at this villa
We had an amazing time at this villa. It has stunning views, and you can see even Alcudia Bay from the garden, which is very beautiful, with many fruit and palm trees and cactus. The house is very comfortable, stylish and decorated with a great taste. I would definitely recommend this place.
