La Alzina is a well-equipped and decorated house located on a small promontory near the road that connects the towns of Sa Pobla and Alcudia, and is close to both the beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa.
The property has two floors. On the ground floor, we find a spacious living-dining room, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, we find the third bedroom (a double bedroom) with a full en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The property also offers free Wi-Fi internet access.
At the back of the house is the barbecue area, ideal for those who love outdoor cooking.

2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
