Located in a pine forest area and surrounded by Mediterranean forest, this one-storey Mallorcan-style house is perfect for six people. Cadell Petit is completely independent as it has its own entrance and does not share a road with other houses.
The layout on one floor consists of three bedrooms (two with two beds and one double), two bathrooms, a large living/dining room with access to the covered porch and a wonderful kitchen furnished in wood, which is attached to the living room and has another dining table.
The house is very close to the road that goes to Pollensa and only 15 minutes by car to the town and about 25 minutes by car to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
The large swimming pool is located at the back of the house with a well-kept garden that runs around the property.
The barbecue is located under the covered porch and there is a ping pong table. It is essential to rent a car when booking this property.

Please note that prices exclude the tourism tax according to Law 2/2016, of March 30, of the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures of promotion of sustainable tourism. Before your arrival you will receive an email or SMS with a link to pay the tourist tax.
€2.00+VAT(10%) per night and person.
1) Bonus of 75% on the full tax quota for the stays that take place in low season (between November 1 and 30 of April).
2) Bonus of 50% on the full tax liability (or, in its case, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment for more than eight days.
3) Children up to 15 years exempt.

The villa was wonderful and very clean
The villa was wonderful and very clean had all the amenities a family could need. The owner was very nice and came the next morning after a fairly strong storm to check on us and clean the pool and garden of bits of debris. All in all I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone.
