This rustic Mallorcan house is located just minutes from the town of Pollensa and offers beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The decor is entirely traditional, featuring wooden beams, ceramic and stone floors, white walls, and more.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, as well as a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and other appliances needed in this type of holiday tourist accommodation.
On the first floor we find the bedrooms; these consist of two double rooms and one master bedroom. They all share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is also a toilet with shower outside the house, near the barbecue area.
The covered terrace is fully furnished with outdoor furniture, and there is also a covered barbecue area ideal for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
