The owners of this house have decorated it in an ultra-modern style, which contrasts with the beautiful local photographs adorning the walls, and have given special prominence to the Mediterranean light, typical of this region. The house has three floors (including the private underground parking) and is air-conditioned throughout. Near the main entrance is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terraces. There is also a modern and spacious kitchen, which opens onto the terrace and pool area via sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a double fridge-freezer and a comfortable table seating six. The tastefully decorated living and dining room also has direct access to the terrace and features satellite TV and a DVD player with a high-quality sound system. A laundry area completes the property. The terrace offers a refreshing shaded area thanks to two awnings. It is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor table and chairs seating eight. The ping-pong table, large portable barbecue, swimming pool, and cold-water jacuzzi will delight all guests. Two convenient steps provide easy access to the pool. The panoramic views from the pool are simply fantastic. For added convenience, there is also a toilet on the terrace. Upstairs, there is an outdoor terrace with equally fabulous views, as well as two spacious and very modern bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and large mirrored doors. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is a fourth bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, an open en-suite shower, and built-in wardrobes, accessible from the pool area.
