
Villa El Crever is a 200-year-old house that has been tastefully restored by the owners. During the winter of 2020-2021, it has been the subject of a new and careful renovation in which a modern style has been combined with the traditional elements of an old Mallorcan house, the result being a much more modern house adapted to current times although retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the improvements carried out in this latest renovation are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors and new modern lighting throughout the house. The property is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa. From this convenient location there is very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (the latter being especially known for its beautiful coastline, its beautiful beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença in where you can also find a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.
