La Villa Fontxica est située dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes en voiture de la ville de Pollensa et de Puerto Pollensa. Cette jolie maison de plain-pied est décorée et meublée avec des meubles en pin, tandis que la broderie majorquine renforce son caractère. La porte principale mène directement à la salle à manger qui dispose d'un coin salon confortable. Le salon est entièrement équipé avec TV satellite et DVD, et a un accès direct à la terrasse couverte (qui offre une vue sur les montagnes et la piscine, ainsi qu'un joli barbecue et une salle de bain extérieure avec douche). Il y a une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur et micro-ondes.Un couloir mène à la zone des chambres où l'on trouve une chambre double avec une salle de bain avec douche attenante et deux chambres doubles qui partagent une salle de bain complète. À l'extérieur, nous pouvons trouver une terrasse couverte avec un barbecue et une salle de bain extérieure avec douche. Quelques escaliers nous mènent à la terrasse sur le toit d'où nous pouvons avoir de belles vues sur les montagnes et les champs voisins. -
