It has undergone a new and careful renovation, combining a modern style with the traditional elements of an old Mallorcan house, resulting in a much more modern home, adapted to modern times while retaining the character of the old local architecture.
Among the improvements made in this latest renovation are the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, a new kitchen, new flooring, and new, modern lighting throughout the house.
The property is located halfway between a secondary road that connects the town of Pollença and Puerto de Pollença. This convenient location provides quick and easy access to Port de Pollença (the latter being especially known for its beautiful coastline, beaches, and wide variety of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the historic town of Pollença, where you can also find a wide range of cultural and culinary offerings.
From the main entrance of the house, you enter a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful vaulted arch. From this room, you can enter the kitchen, surely the part of the house that has best preserved the style of the estate in ancient times. However, it is equipped with a small breakfast area, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Downstairs, there is also a bedroom and two full bathrooms.
From the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where we first find a lounge equipped with sofas where we can enjoy a good movie on the magnificent 65-inch television. The smart TV is equipped with Wi-Fi so guests can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix, and other platform accounts.
On the upper floor we also find the other four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite), as well as a terrace from which the views stretch into the distance.
It is worth noting that the house has various bed configurations, with some beds being convertible to double beds (always upon request), allowing the house to be laid out with 3 double beds and 2 twin beds.
Outside, the floors of which have also been completely renovated, there is a beautiful and peaceful garden, as well as a covered terrace equipped with the necessary furniture for enjoying al fresco meals (prepared on the barbecue provided) and, of course, the pool where you can cool off if you wish. One of the terraces also has a pool table where you can spend a pleasant time with friends or family.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that the area where this villa is located is ideal for walking and cycling, as there are several quiet secondary paths. The property also offers free Wi-Fi.
