This wonderful house with large gardens surrounding it and beautiful views of the mountains is located in the center of the peaceful urbanization of Cala San Vicente. The cozy interior is very well decorated, and perfectly conveys the love and attention that its owners have given it. The entrance welcomes us to a spacious and bright dining room. On a slightly lower level there is a living room with two comfortable sofas with delicious views of the covered terrace. The rustic-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and other appliances necessary for this type of holiday home. The rest area consists of 3 rooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning.Specifically, there is a double room with a bathroom with shower en suite, and two double rooms that share a full bathroom. Although the interior of the house is truly remarkable (the top-quality wooden parquet deserves a special mention), the main attraction of this property is its spectacular garden, as well as its fantastic pool of colossal dimensions (12 x 7 meters). and crowned with a small waterfall in one of its corners. In the garden there is also a generously sized barbecue, with which you can test your culinary skills and savor the result in the idyllic surroundings that this property offers.In short, Villa Formosa is ideal to enjoy with the family, since the youngest guests have a very large garden area with grass where they can spend endless summer afternoons playing outdoors.
