Villa Jaume is a small and simple villa located in the quiet area of Can Xoti, just 3.5 km away from the town of Pollensa and its bay. It is accessed from a small driveway. The pool is located in front of the house and is surrounded by a hedge.
The house offers us simple but cozy accommodation, in a quiet area and a few minutes by car from the nearest towns. From the covered terrace we access the house, which takes us directly to the small living room. From this area a door leads us to the kitchen, where there is a kitchen with a gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. A hallway gives us access to the two rooms; These are doubles and share a full bathroom.
At the back of the house there is a barbecue and washing machine.
The house is equipped with a small roof terrace from which we can see beautiful views of the Serra de Tramontana mountains.
Finally, it should be noted that this property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
