This beautiful stone-clad country house is located at the end of a road near the residential area of La Font, in the municipality of Pollensa. The swimming pool is located at the rear of the house, and is surrounded by furnished terraces and a beautiful lawned garden.
One of the highlights of this property is its spacious covered barbecue, with attached kitchen included, thus making it the ideal place to eat outdoors while enjoying the views offered by the pool, the garden and the distant mountains.
The interior features wooden furniture distributed in a comfortable and welcoming way.As soon as you enter you will find the dining room, which is connected to a living room equipped with a satellite TV and DVD, and which in turn is connected to the pool area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas and electric oven, and fridge/freezer. On the other hand, there is a laundry room where the washing machine is located. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a second bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double room, a double room, and a third bathroom.
All rooms have air conditioning/heating, which, in line with local energy saving initiatives, is scheduled for use from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
