Villa Llobiner enjoys an excellent location. The typical tapas restaurants and quaint shops of Pollensa's old town are just a short walk away, while the town's Plaza Mayor is just 900 meters away. In addition, the villa has a magnificent private pool and a large lawned garden as well as fantastic views of the imposing surrounding mountains. This charming 3-bedroom house also features air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi. The garden and pool terrace are undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Llobiner. It offers plenty of space to sunbathe and swim while enjoying the beautiful scenery.In front of the pool there is a large pergola that shades the barbecue area and the outdoor dining room with views of the gardens and the mountains. The large lawn is also ideal for a picnic or for children to play. Villa Llobiner is a semi-detached house that borders a neighboring house. The pool and garden face the front with views of the mountains and therefore offer a very good level of privacy. The living room and dining room are spread over one floor and have plenty of seating and a table and chairs for 6 people. In addition, they have direct connection to the terrace and barbecue area in front of the garden and pool. On the opposite side of the entrance hall there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen.An impressive staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. The 2 double bedrooms share a separate bathroom, while the double bedroom has its own bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have the same wonderful views over the villa grounds and the surrounding mountains. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, programmed from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in line with local energy saving initiatives.

The villa is beautiful!!! There is so much space inside and outside. The quality of all the furnishings, marble, pool, kitchen facilities is excellent. We loved the pool and pool area. It is private with stunning views of the mountains. It is in a super location, quiet area only 10mins walk from beautiful town of pollenca. We would love to visit agai
