The villa is located in the old town of Pollensa, within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars and the church square, where you can enjoy a stroll through the pleasant pedestrian streets of the village. On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a tourist villa, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a large living-dining room with comfortable sofas, an ornamental fireplace and a flat-screen TV. In addition, the ground floor has a pantry and a laundry room where the washing machine is located, there is also a guest bathroom with a shower. The first floor houses a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, from which you can access a small private terrace, another double bedroom and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom, one of the double bedrooms also has access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.
Outside there is a stunning garden with magnificent views and with tropical trees and plants, there are many sunny and covered areas where one can relax and dine al fresco next to the private swimming pool (8.4m x 4.4m). Other wonderful features include a separate BBQ area next to the pool, ideal for al fresco cooking during the evenings.
