Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and just a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the magnificent north-west region of Mallorca, Villa Mar Clara is just 300 metres from the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, as well as having numerous restaurants and beach bars also within a similar distance.
The house has been renovated and completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and respecting the new environmental energy regulations.
The interior is spacious and bright, with modern furnishings. All rooms are at ground level (please note that there is a locked and non-accessible storage room upstairs). In the living-dining room there is a comfortable seating area with Smart TV with Netflix Air Conditioning Hot and Cold for pleasant evenings in the autumn or spring holidays or the hottest days of summer. The modern kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher, an oven. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
There are three nice bedrooms, two with single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is another full bathroom with a shower.
This is a perfect option for families who want their own private villa and pool, but also have the beautiful bay of Cala Molins nearby, so why not have it all?

Please note that prices exclude the tourist tax according to Law 2/2016, of March 30, on the tax on stays tourism in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote tourism sustainable. Before your arrival you will receive an email or SMS with a link to make the payment of the tourist tax.
€2.00+VAT(10%) per night and person.
1) Bonus of 75% on the full tax quota for the stays that take place in low season (between November 1 and 30 of April).
2) Bonus of 50% on the full tax liability (or, in its case, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment for more than eight days.
3) Children up to 15 years exempt.

My stay at the villa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty and elegance of the property. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with all the amenities I could have wanted. The bedrooms were large and airy, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for all of my belongings.
