This villa has a real authentic feel to it as you enter. The living room has home entertainment with comfy seating. The dining room gives a farmhouse feel with its wooden beam ceiling and the kitchen is well equipped and leads out onto a shaded terrace which has al fresco dining facilities with a brick-built barbecue, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a utility room equipped with a washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms in this villa. One double bedroom with an en-suite and has access to a beautiful terrace, a perfect place to sit back and enjoy the sun. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds. There is a bathroom with a bath with over shower and a toilet and a separate shower room with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, there is a stunning courtyard which offers plenty of space. Your very own private pool has Roman steps and is set amongst a fruit orchard and fresh grass.

€2.00+VAT(10%) per night per person.
1) 75% bonus on the full tax rate for stays made in the low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) 50% bonus on the full tax rate (or, where applicable, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment of more than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years old exempt.
