This charming country house has an extensive lawned garden and a large private swimming pool. The pool faces the Tramontana Mountains, giving you your own private view of the hills. On one side of the pool there is a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting. A long cobbled driveway, lined with flowering oleanders and olive trees leads to the parking area at the front of villa Martorellet. The two-level living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling, and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, as well as a small seating area. The kitchen has access to the rear terrace. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms: a double bedroom and a double bedroom that share a bathroom. These 2 bedrooms on the upper floor share a large terrace with views of the private pool, gardens and mountains. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning.Following local energy saving initiatives, the villa has scheduled air conditioning in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00
In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the old town of Pollensa where you will find a wide variety of traditional shops and restaurants. Additionally several excellent beaches are also within a short drive from villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente, and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.

€2.00+VAT(10%) per night per person.
1) 75% bonus on the full tax rate for stays made in the low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) 50% bonus on the full tax rate (or, where applicable, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment of more than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years old exempt.
