We are pleased to offer you Villa Papa, a splendid Mallorcan house located in a privileged location. Painstakingly restored, it perfectly combines tradition and modernity.

Located in a beautiful setting with the ever-majestic Serra de Tramontana mountains as a backdrop, the property is halfway between the picturesque town of Pollensa, the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa, and that little gem that is Cala San Vicente (a residential area with two small coves of crystal-clear turquoise waters crowned under the watchful eye of Cavall Bernat – an impressive mountain with a vertical drop of over 350 meters that juts several kilometers into the sea).

A large wrought iron gate welcomes us to the very spacious parking area and its well-maintained gardens of palm trees and fruit trees.

The main entrance opens onto a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern open kitchen. The preservation of traditional elements such as exposed stone walls, arches, and wooden beams contrasts with the avant-garde decor, the judicious selection of neutral colors on the walls and floors, and clever lighting. Thus, before our eyes, we find fantastic traditional touches tinged with modernity.

The dining room has a large table with seating for 12 and is equipped with air conditioning. The comfortable living room also has air conditioning and features a large smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a large American-style fridge-freezer. From the kitchen, a door leads to the back of the house, where there is a generously sized brick barbecue and a large pergola, ideal for delicious al fresco meals.

The ground floor is completed by a small reading area and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning. This room has a double bed by default, although it can be adapted to a twin room.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Upon ascending the stairs, there is a landing with a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the right, while to the left is a long hallway with the remaining rooms distributed on both sides. Specifically, to the left of the hallway, there is a double bedroom, and another at the end that can be either a double or a twin. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. To the right of the hallway, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first can be either a double or a twin, while the one located farther back is a twin. It is worth noting that all bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

In short, the rest area has one double room, two twin rooms, and three rooms that, upon prior request, can be double or twin rooms.

Outside, in addition to the aforementioned barbecue area and a terrace perfect for al fresco dining, there's a huge 10 x 6 meter pool with built-in steps for easy access for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers provided with pool towels, a fabulous Balinese bed, a beautiful garden area with lawns and hedges, wonderful mountain views, and a covered terrace with a chill-out area where you can unwind and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. There's also an adjoining room that houses the laundry room, as well as a restroom that eliminates the need to enter the home if you've just come out of a refreshing dip.

But the outdoor area offers even more. Next to the main entrance of the house, on your left, is a covered area with ping-pong. Next to it, a second relaxation area overlooks a charming and inviting orchard of fruit trees. And finally, the little gem that will delight both young and old: an annex dedicated to sports and leisure. It includes a magnificent pool table, an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, a foosball table, and another large-screen smart TV. And, if that weren't enough, an air conditioning unit.

Finally, it's worth noting that the home has free Wi-Fi internet access, with several strategically placed repeaters providing internet access in the bedrooms, the pool area, the terraces, and the recreation area.

In short, Villa Papa is a true marvel that will delight everyone.
