Villa Rei Petit is located halfway between the beautiful town of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, one of Mallorca's most famous spots. The Cala San Vicente area is also just a few minutes away by car and boasts one of the island's most idyllic coves. A path flanked by colorful oleanders leads to this magnificent country house, which stands out for its splendid outdoor area and views of the Tramuntana mountains.
The property, with its spacious living room with wooden beamed ceilings and classic furnishings, exudes a traditional and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor is the aforementioned living-dining room, which is equipped with a TV and DVD player. To your left, we find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a pantry, a laundry room, and a toilet. The kitchen, like the living-dining room, opens directly onto the property's covered terrace, which overlooks the pool area and its beautiful garden. A double bedroom and its corresponding bathroom complete this part of the house.
The upper floor houses the remaining bedrooms: one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. It's worth noting that all bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (following energy savings and efficiency initiatives, the air conditioning is only available from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM). These hours cannot be extended or changed. In addition to air conditioning units, guests will also have access to fans.
The exterior is certainly spacious, with a large covered terrace. The generously sized rectangular pool has steps for easy access, while the terrace is equipped with practical and comfortable outdoor furniture. Next to it, the wooden barbecue will delight lovers of outdoor cooking.
