Villa Roqueta

Villa Roqueta is located in the popular La Font area and is perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing by the pool in its lovely garden. It's just a short walk from the historic town of Pollensa, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive will also take you to the crystal-clear waters of Cala San Vicente beach, as well as the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and their amenities.

Upon entering the house we find the living room, fully equipped with smart TV, air conditioning and comfortable sofas. The kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, and electric oven, also has access to the outside through the covered barbecue area. The washing machine is located in a utility room, also outside.

All the rooms are well-equipped and spacious. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; both share a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to an outdoor terrace. It is worth noting that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning units and built-in wardrobes,
