Villa Rotger is a country house that enjoys an exceptional location in a quiet area, yet within easy walking distance of the center of Pollensa. The comfortable villa, decorated in a traditional style, boasts spacious outdoor areas with a wide variety of plants, shrubs, flowers, and fruit trees. The pool area is large and offers beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The built-in barbecue is another highlight, ideal for those who enjoy cooking outdoors in a relaxed, natural setting. A few steps lead to the front door, which opens directly into the spacious living and dining room, equipped with satellite television and traditional furnishings. The separate kitchen features a ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. It also has access to a terrace with a bathroom with a shower. The property includes a master bedroom and two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning units (heating and cooling, which, in accordance with local energy-saving and efficiency initiatives, are programmed to operate from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am). The living/dining room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Overall, the house is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet environment but do not want to depend on a car, since the town of Pollensa is right next door.
