Charming stone-clad house located in a quiet rural area. Its perfectly maintained gardens offer wonderful views of the distant mountains of the Serra de Tramontana. The property is just a few minutes drive from the charming old town of Alcudia and its beautiful bay with its long sandy beaches. The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and the picturesque village of Pollensa are also just a short drive away.

Upon entering, we are greeted by a beautiful cobblestone floor and a stone arch, followed by a large living-dining room with stone walls, comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace, and French doors that lead directly to the terrace and garden area. There is also satellite TV and a DVD player.

The kitchen maintains the traditional essence that permeates the entire house but without losing a bit of modernity, as it is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob, a large fridge/freezer and even a wine rack. Next to it there is a room where the washing machine is located.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with fitted wardrobes and has a lovely en-suite bathroom. Two other double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes share a spacious full bathroom. There is air conditioning in all rooms which, in pursuit of energy efficiency measures, is available only for 10 hours a day on a timer. In addition, if necessary, central heating is included during the low season period.

The exteriors are certainly stunning, with a fantastic swimming pool surrounded by large lawns and furnished terraces. Finally, the splendid covered barbecue stands out, overlooking the pool and gardens.
