From the main entrance, we enter a welcoming and distinctive living and dining room, tastefully decorated with antique farming tools that evoke bygone eras of life in the Mallorcan countryside. These vintage touches blend seamlessly with modern amenities, such as the comfortable sofas, the solid glass-topped dining table seating six, and the flat-screen TV.
On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils necessary in a holiday home of this category.
A stone archway leads to a hallway where there are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (with a double bed and en-suite bathroom). Next to this bedroom is a mezzanine with comfortable armchairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units (which, in accordance with energy saving and efficiency initiatives, may only be used from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM - these hours cannot be extended or changed). It should be noted that the property has central heating for the winter/autumn months.
The enormous 50 m² swimming pool, with Roman-style steps, is surrounded by beautiful gardens and native plants. The exterior of the house is complemented by lovely covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal for enjoying the warm Mallorcan summer evenings. The property also includes a ping-pong table and pool towels.
