Villa Can Servera is a country house located in a rural environment, but just over half a kilometer from the beautiful town of Santanyí, a town with a lot of charm and character. Of this town, it is worth highlighting its traditional fruit and vegetable market as well as its coves and beaches, ideal for lovers of quiet areas.
Upon entering the house we find a spacious living room with two sofas and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room, where we can find the washing machine. From here there is an access door to the pool area.
There are two bedrooms: one double and one double.Both share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
The house has air conditioning but it is not free, it is paid during the stay.
The pool is easy to access thanks to its material steps. Next to it there is a solarium terrace and a covered area with barbecue, a bonus for all lovers of outdoor cooking. In general, this house is a good choice for all those who want to enjoy the countryside without being far from the urban area.
Finally, it should be noted that this property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
