Villa Taulada is nestled in the countryside between the towns of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. The beach and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa, as well as the old town of Pollensa, are less than 15 minutes away by car. This charming two-bedroom villa, which sleeps only two, offers views from its pool over the surrounding countryside and the peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. It's a great choice for a couple seeking a true countryside experience, yet with the convenience of being close to the area's beaches and restaurants.
The pool, approximately 7 x 4 meters, is surrounded by grass and a sun terrace, offering plenty of space for sunbathing. In addition, there is a covered terrace and a portable barbecue for enjoying al fresco dining in a peaceful rural setting.
The bedrooms, both en suite, are equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables.
The living room and dining room are open, while the kitchen is separate and equipped with all the necessary utensils for this type of tourist accommodation.

Please note that prices exclude the tourist tax as per Law 2/2016 of March 30, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism. Before your arrival, you will receive an email or SMS with a link to pay the tourist tax.
€2.00+VAT(10%) per night and person.
1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made during the low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) A 50% bonus on the full tax liability (or, where applicable, reduced by the application of the previous bonus) corresponding to the ninth and following days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment exceeding eight days.
3) Children up to 15 years old are exempt.
