Villa Tia Pollensa

This beautiful stone-clad villa enjoys a fantastic location in the Mallorcan countryside. Villa Tia's position is relatively secluded, yet it's a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Pollensa's old town, as well as the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Highlights include its private swimming pool surrounded by exotic palm trees, a magnificent covered terrace with a barbecue, and its spacious interior. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all three bedrooms are included.

The private pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and lawn. There is a dining table and chairs, with a smaller table and lounge area beneath the vine-covered pergola that extends from the villa. Next to the garden is a fully equipped barbecue area. There is also a toilet and an outdoor laundry area.

Inside, the living room, dining room, and kitchen offer all modern comforts, while the owners have carefully preserved the character and charm of a traditional Mallorcan house. The living room features an ornamental wood-burning stove, classic décor, comfortable seating, and a dining table and chairs. An archway leads to the kitchen, which has a breakfast table and doors opening onto the back terrace.

There is a master bedroom with access to the front terrace and two twin bedrooms. A bathroom and a shower room complete the property. All three charming bedrooms share the same beamed ceilings and tiled floors as the rest of the house. In addition, all units have air conditioning/heating. Following local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
