Varella is a two-bedroom house located in the La Rafal Valley, in the heart of the Pollensa countryside. The villa offers splendid views of Puig de Maria and the surrounding mountains, while the town of Pollensa is just 1 km away. It has a beautiful pool, a spacious sun terrace, and a lovely barbecue area for those who love outdoor cooking.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom has direct access to the pool area. On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine with a double bedroom.
The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing and features beautiful wooden furniture. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and admiring the beauty of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains surrounding the village of Pollensa. The house accommodates a maximum of four people.

Please note that prices exclude the tourism tax according to Law 2/2016, of March 30, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism. Before your arrival you will receive an email or sms with a link to pay the tourist tax.
€ 2.00 + VAT (10%) per night and person.
1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
