Varella is a two-bedroom house located in the Rafal Valley, in the Pollensa countryside. The villa offers splendid views of Puig de Maria and the surrounding mountains, while the town of Pollensa is just 1 km away. It has a beautiful swimming pool, solarium terrace with plenty of space and a beautiful barbecue area for lovers of nature. outdoor kitchen.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a double room with an en-suite shower room, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The double room has direct access to the pool area. At the top of the house there is a loft with a double room.
The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing and has beautiful wooden furniture. The outdoor area is ideal for resting and admiring the beauty of the Mallorcan countryside and the mountains that surround the town of Pollensa. The house is only for 4 people maximum.
