This country house offers us peace and tranquility in a rural environment not far from the town of Pollensa and its bay.
The house is on one floor and is decorated and furnished in a traditional way. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and DVD. The open-style kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
The cozy room area consists of three bedrooms (one double, one double and one single). The double room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other rooms share a full bathroom. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning units.
The pool is surrounded by a terrace, and next to it there is a covered barbecue ideal for cooking outdoors during the warm nights of the Mallorcan summer.

1) 75% discount on the full tax rate for stays made in low season (between November 1 and April 30).
2) Discount of 50% on the full tax rate (or, where appropriate, reduced by the application of the previous discount) corresponding to the ninth and subsequent days in all cases of stays in the same tourist establishment longer than eight days .
3) Children up to 15 years are exempt.
