The main entrance gives access to a living room with an open and properly equipped kitchen, with an electric oven and other utensils and appliances typical of this type of vacation establishment. From here, glass windows communicate directly with the outdoor terrace, which is located next to the pool and its beautiful garden area. This terrace has a table and chairs where you can spend pleasant moments, as well as two comfortable sun loungers.
Inside, a spiral staircase gives access to the upper floor, where the rest area is located. Specifically, there is a double room and a double room, as well as a full bathroom. A second toilet is located on the lower floor.
This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday next to the beach of Puerto Pollensa, one of the most renowned centers on the entire island.
